Privacy policy
This notice explains which information is processed when you use the MrDanaz portfolio.
1. Controller
MrDanaz is responsible for this website. Contact is available through the Discord link shown on the portfolio.
2. Necessary processing
The website processes technically necessary data to deliver pages securely, prevent abuse and protect administration functions. This can include IP address, time of access, requested path, browser information and a pseudonymous security fingerprint.
3. Retention
Application security records containing IP addresses or browser information are automatically deleted after no more than 30 days. Shorter-lived rate-limit records are removed when their protection window expires. Anonymous aggregate statistics may be retained for longer because they no longer identify a visitor directly.
4. Cookies and local storage
Necessary storage is used for administration sessions, CSRF protection and remembering your privacy choice. Functional storage is optional and enables artwork ratings and anonymous popularity measurement. Rejecting functional cookies does not prevent viewing the portfolio, but artwork ratings are disabled.
5. Artwork ratings
When functional cookies are accepted, a random browser identifier is stored for up to one year. It is used to prevent repeated ratings and to let you update your own rating. The rating, artwork identifier and timestamps are stored in the database.
6. Popularity statistics
With functional consent, opening artwork can create an anonymous event containing the artwork identifier, event type, timestamp and a pseudonymous browser identifier. These records are used only for portfolio statistics.
7. External links and content
Discord, YouTube and creator links lead to external services. Their own privacy terms apply after you open them. Creator avatar images may also be loaded from external sources.
8. Your choices
You can reject optional cookies, accept them later or reopen the settings at any time using the button below. Deleting site data in your browser also resets the choice and any rating identifier.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request information, correction or deletion of personal data and object to certain processing. Because public ratings use a random browser identifier, identification may only be possible while that identifier remains in your browser.
